Internship Overview

  • Internship contract starting September 2026, location UAE, duration 1 year.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support in HR functions: onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, visa and insurance.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Support employee relations by addressing basic inquiries and escalating complex issues.
  • Support projects with the Head of HR.

HR Administration

  • Organize and maintain comprehensive employee records, including digitizing documents.
  • Prepare employee documentation: verification letters, NOCs, salary certificates, employment confirmation letters.
  • Assist in preparing employment offers, visa related contracts, and other HR documentation.
  • Support administration of employee insurance enrollment and visa documentation processing.

Recruitment

  • Work closely with HR Executive on recruitment process.
  • Coordinate internal interviews with candidates and managers.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates after each interview outcome.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records throughout candidate lifecycle.

HR Events & Projects

  • Coordinate projects, initiatives, and campaigns with HR Team.
  • Enhance employee celebrations (birthdays, farewells) by coordinating with Office Management.
  • Support organizing HR events, celebrations, and team building activities.
  • Work with Head of HR on initiating Emiratization and implementing other projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and motivated.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to multinational and diverse work environments.
  • Exceptional professional etiquette and demeanor.
