This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team and grow within a dynamic industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Book, modify, and cancel airline and travel tickets using reservation systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist clients with travel documentation, visas, and related documentation requirements.
- Maintain and update customer records and transaction details in the company's database.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales and service targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualificationsmust-Have
- Experience with airline or travel ticketing and reservation systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in data entry and management
- Ability to work onsite in the United Arab Emirates
Preferred
- Prior customer service experience in the logistics or travel industry
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially English and Arabic
- Knowledge of UAE travel regulations and documentation procedures
