About the Role
Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at premium F&B outlets in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities
- Oversee all front of house and back of house operations to ensure seamless guest service, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Manage staffing including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Control inventory, food costs, and vendor relations to maximize margins while maintaining quality
- Ensure full compliance with UAE food safety, labor, and hospitality regulations (including DHA, DED, MOHRE)
- Drive sales growth through upselling, promotions, and customer retention strategies
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate issues to senior management as needed
Requirements
- Experience with UAE labor law compliance and F&B licensing procedures
- Proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Micros, Toast, Revel)
- Strong knowledge of inventory and cost control tools
- Ability to interpret P&L statements and sales reports
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in luxury or international chain restaurant operations
- Certification in Food Safety (HACCP or equivalent)
- Previous exposure to UAE Tourism Authority or DTCM compliance

Skills & Qualifications

- Must Have: Experience with customer feedback systems (e.g., Yelp, Zomato, Google Reviews)
- Must Have: Ability to interpret P&L statements and sales reports
- Must Have: Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus
- Preferred: Experience in luxury or international chain restaurant operations
- Preferred: Certification in Food Safety (HACCP or equivalent)
- Preferred: Previous exposure to UAE Tourism Authority or DTCM compliance
