- Provide exceptional guest experiences
- Support CRM and customer experience initiatives
- Collect data on customer behavior and best selling products
- Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay updated on app offers
- Support in store marketing events
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and SOPs
- Ensure click and collect purchases are processed according to SLAs
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service with luxury retail brands is preferred

Your Responsibilities
- Work on collecting data on customer behavior and best selling products
- Enhance customer relationships through a comprehensive, multi channel approach
- Provide product feedback and information to the customer before purchase
- Promote employee loyalty index through initiatives, culture, and employee experiences
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Ensure click and collect purchases are processed according to SLAs
- Ensure customer data is collected according to marketing team requirements
- Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay updated on app offers
- Support in store marketing events
- Keep up with all social media activities and campaigns of our brand
- Drive in store sales
- Support customer experience initiatives in the store
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service with luxury retail brands is preferred
