Job Purpose
- The FM Supervisor at UAE Integrated Facility Management in Abu Dhabi plays a pivotal role in overseeing facility operations to ensure optimal energy management, waste management systems, and preventive maintenance.
Roles, Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise daily facility management activities with a focus on energy efficiency and waste management strategies to maintain sustainable operations.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring timely execution and minimal disruption to facility functions.
- Interpret CAD drawings to support planning and implementation of facility upgrades and repairs.
- Manage HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), and CCTV system controls, ensuring all systems operate within desired parameters.
- Lead collaboration among departments and external service providers to ensure integrated facility management planning is followed.

Qualification
