Requirements
- Holds a multifaceted role with diverse responsibilities to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the office environment.
- Space Management: Oversee the allocation and optimization of office space. Plan and coordinate office layouts /workstation allocation to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Logistics: Manage logistical aspects of office operations, including procurement, inventory, and distribution of supplies. Coordinate office moves, furniture arrangements, and equipment setup.
- HSE: Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies within the office. Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of workplace safety.
- Operations: Oversee day to day office operations to ensure a well functioning workplace. Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
- Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce office policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the office and between departments. Address and resolve communication issues, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Workflow Coordination: Coordinate and optimize workflow processes to enhance overall efficiency. Streamline procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervision: Lead and supervise service providers, assigning tasks, and ensuring responsibilities are carried out effectively.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and control office budgets, including expenses related to supplies, equipment, and operations. Identify cost saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
