Job Summary

  • The Kiosk Promoter is responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience for visitors while promoting the company's property portfolio. The role involves maintaining an attractive kiosk, interacting with potential customers, generating quality sales leads, distributing promotional material

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk at all times to attract and engage visitors.
  • Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner and provide accurate information about available properties, projects, and promotional offers.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Collect and record customer information accurately to generate quality sales leads for follow up by the sales team.
  • Distribute brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials while clearly explaining the company's products and services.
  • Encourage visitor interaction by answering questions and directing qualified prospects to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth kiosk operations and a positive customer experience during events.
  • Gather customer feedback, market insights, and common inquiries, and share them with the sales and marketing teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all lead information is complete, accurate, and submitted promptly in accordance with company procedures.
  • Meet assigned lead generation and sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and brand standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales promotion, real estate, or a similar customer facing role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship building abilities.
  • Confident, proactive, and professional in engaging with customers.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Lead conversion rate.
  • Achievement of assigned sales and lead generation targets.
  • Customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of lead reporting.
  • Overall kiosk presentation and compliance with brand standards.
