Job Purpose

  • The FM Supervisor at UAE Integrated Facility Management in Abu Dhabi plays a pivotal role in overseeing facility operations to ensure optimal energy management, waste management systems, and preventive maintenance.

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily facility management activities with a focus on energy efficiency and waste management strategies to maintain sustainable operations.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring timely execution and minimal disruption to facility functions.
  • Interpret CAD drawings to support planning and implementation of facility upgrades and repairs.
  • Manage HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), and CCTV system controls, ensuring all systems operate within desired parameters.
  • Lead collaboration among departments and external service providers to ensure integrated facility management planning is followed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and management to ensure accountability and adherence to safety and operational standards.
  • Drive action oriented approaches to quickly address facility issues and implement improvements.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to enhance the quality and efficiency of facility services.

Qualification

  • Relevant technical or engineering diploma or degree, preferably in facilities management, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of energy management and waste management systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD interpretation.
  • Advanced technical and data fluency with HVAC, BMS, and CCTV control technologies.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience in integrated facility management planning.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, safety compliance, and team collaboration.

Experience & Skills

  • Extensive experience in facility management supervision within large scale integrated operations.
  • Experience managing energy and waste systems.
  • Demonstrated skills in preventive maintenance scheduling and operational oversight of HVAC, BMS, and CCTV systems.
  • Proven ability to interpret CAD drawings.
  • Strong competencies in technology utilization and data driven decision making.
  • Action oriented behavior with track record of driving results.
  • Fluency in communicating complex technical information.
  • Experience with integrated facility management planning.
