Location
- The description states Saudi Arabia across various locations.
Responsibilities
- Test and operate HV/MV substation components, including CTs, VTs, circuit breakers, and GIS/AIS substations up to 132kV.
- Conduct plan checks and implement amendments for HV and EHV GIS and MV switchgear.
- Configure and test protection relays such as SEL411L, SEL487E, ABB RED670, Siemens 7SD, Schneider P546/P643, and GE C70.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, senior engineers, and project teams during commissioning.
- Prepare test reports, test procedures, method statements, and other documentation according to SEC/CSD requirements.
- Conduct inspections, verify system functionality, identify technical issues, and support resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical experience in testing and commissioning is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Certification related to CSD approval is preferred.
- Candidates should have technical knowledge of testing and commissioning processes and be able to work under pressure.
