The role supports PMO activities for electromechanical projects.
The position focuses on project monitoring, scheduling, cost and risk tracking, coordination, compliance, and reporting.
Project Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor electromechanical project progress and ensure alignment with project plans.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and performance dashboards.
- Track project budgets, costs, risks, and key performance indicators.
- Prepare management reports and project status updates.
Project Coordination and Control
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to support timely project delivery.
- Support project planning, documentation, and change management processes.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering is required.
- At least five years of PMO or project coordination experience within electromechanical projects is required.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office is required.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting is required.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills are required.
- PMP certification is preferred.
