Job Summary
Responsible for the overall execution and management of OHTL projects, ensuring safe, quality, and timely completion in compliance with SEC standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete OHTL construction activities from mobilization to handover.
- Lead site teams and coordinate with the client, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Supervise foundation, tower erection, conductor stringing, OPGW installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with SEC standards, specifications, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and resource planning.
- Handle all SEC technical submissions, inspections, approvals, and project close-out documentation.
- Coordinate material approvals, WIRs, MIRs, RFIs, method statements, ITPs, and as-built submissions.
- Resolve site technical issues and ensure timely project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of OHTL experience (132kV, 230kV & 380kV).
- Previous SEC approval as Site Manager is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of SEC standards, submission procedures, and approval processes.
- Proven experience in OHTL construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
