The position is for a Design Engineer specializing in overhead transmission lines.
The role focuses on 132kV and 380kV transmission line design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum five years of experience in overhead transmission line design.
- Experience designing 132kV and 380kV transmission lines.
- Proficiency in PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.
- Ability to prepare sag and tension calculations.
- Ability to prepare plan and profile drawings.
Responsibilities
- Design overhead transmission lines for 132kV and 380kV systems.
- Prepare design drawings and technical calculations.
- Develop plan and profile drawings and sag and tension calculations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to support design execution.
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.
