Job Summary

Manage the company's financial operations and ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong experience in contracting and project-based environments.

Financial Management

  • Manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Monitor project costs, profitability, revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, financing facilities, and working capital.

Accounting and Reporting

  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll financial controls, and general ledger activities.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and relevant government authorities.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Compliance and Controls

  • Ensure compliance with ZATCA, VAT, tax, and applicable Saudi financial regulations.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of relevant financial experience, including managerial experience, is required.
  • Strong experience in contracting, construction, engineering, or project-based companies is required.

Technical and Professional Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow, project costing, financial reporting, and cost control is required.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, VAT, and ZATCA requirements is required.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills are required.
  • Proficiency in ERP or accounting systems and Microsoft Excel is required.
  • CPA, CMA, SOCPA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional certification is preferred.
