Job Summary
Supervise and execute OHTL construction activities safely, on schedule, and in compliance with SEC standards, project specifications, and approved drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise foundations, tower erection, conductor stringing, OPGW installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, QA/QC, HSE, and the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with SEC standards, approved drawings, and project specifications.
- Prepare and review WIRs, MIRs, RFIs, method statements, and ITPs.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, material approvals, and handover documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in 132kV, 230kV, and 380kV OHTL projects.
- Strong knowledge of SEC standards, submission procedures, inspections, and approval processes.
- Experience in OHTL construction, testing, commissioning, and as-built documentation.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Saudi OHTL and previous SEC project experience are preferred.
