Overview
- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qatari National for Terminal Duty Manager to join our team.
- As the Terminal Duty Manager, you will oversee the entire passenger terminal complex activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- This is a 24/7 role that reports to the Senior Manager Terminal Operations, with a line to the HIA Operation Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise terminal operations, ensuring efficient and effective passenger flow.
- Provide visible physical presence throughout the passenger terminal complex during shifts, monitoring busy areas according to traffic flow.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations in the aviation industry.
