Core Responsibilities

• Make tennis court reservations by recording guest names on the court schedule.
• Roll, brush, and line tennis courts to maintain proper playing conditions and appearance.
• String tennis racquets, make minor repairs, and send racquets out for repair as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures and maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, communicate professionally, and maintain positive working relationships.
• Reach, bend, twist, pull, stoop, and manipulate objects; move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as preferred.
• At least 3 years of related work experience is listed as preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required according to the preferred qualifications.

Required Qualifications

• Tennis instruction, tennis court maintenance, tennis equipment, and tennis racquet repair qualifications or training are listed as required.
• CPR certification and First Aid certification are listed as required.
• Any certification or training required by applicable local agencies is listed as required.
