職務概要
シェラトン・ホテルズ＆リゾーツのFood and Beverage & Culinary部門におけるCookの職務です。
勤務形態はフルタイムで、勤務地はサウジアラビアのリヤドです。
高い品質基準に沿って食品を準備・調理し、厨房運営を支えます。
主な業務
- 食材を分量分け、みじん切り、洗浄、皮むき、計量、混合して調理に備える。
- レシピ、品質基準、盛り付け基準、準備チェックリストに従って食品を調理する。
- 冷たい食品を準備し、調理状態、食品品質、食品温度を確認する。
- オーブン、ストーブ、グリル、電子レンジ、フライヤーを操作する。
- 作業場を準備・片付けし、食品を適切な容器に適量盛り付ける。
- 厨房、テーブル、道具、ナイフ、設備を洗浄・消毒する。
応募要件
- 高校卒業またはG.E.D.相当は望ましい資格です。
- 関連業務経験1年以上は望ましい資格です。
- 監督経験は不要です。
- 安全トレーニングおよび認定を完了する必要があります。
- 長時間の立ち仕事、歩行、屈曲、ひねり、かがみ動作が求められます。
- 25ポンド以下の物品を補助なしで扱えることが必要です。
- 清潔でプロフェッショナルな制服と身だしなみを維持します。
