Cook role in the Food and Beverage & Culinary department at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts.
The position is full time and based at the Sheraton location in Riyadh.
The role supports high culinary standards and guest dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes or the menu.
- Cook food and prepare high-quality menu items in a timely manner.
- Taste food to verify preparation and temperature.
- Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain hygiene and clean surfaces and storage containers.
What we are looking for
- Teamwork and attention to detail are expected.
- A positive attitude and outgoing personality are sought.
- Previous kitchen experience is considered an advantage.
- The role requires lifting up to 25 pounds (10 kg) and remaining active for extended periods.
- Food safety training and certification must be completed before employment.
- A clean uniform and professional appearance are required.
Desirable qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is listed as desirable.
- At least one year of related work experience is listed as desirable.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is listed apart from required safety training.
