Responsibilities
- Identify, track, and evaluate manpower and service tender opportunities
- Manage the complete tendering process, including pre qualification and submission
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents in line with tender requirements
- Review tender specifications, scope of work, and contractual conditions
- Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Finance, and Operations for required inputs
- Develop cost estimates, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant
- Maintain organized records of tenders, submissions, and supporting documents
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of bids
- Liaise with clients for clarifications, amendments, and post bid discussions
- Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth handover to execution teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in tendering for manpower or service contracts
- Prior experience in Qatar or GCC region preferred
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Tender Specialist with proven expertise in manpower and service tenders.
- The ideal candidate will manage the full tender lifecycle—from opportunity identification to final submission—ensuring compliance with client requirements and strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, track, and evaluate manpower and service tender opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience
