Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate mechanical cost estimates and tender submissions for MEP projects
- Independently manage the complete bidding and tendering cycle, including quantity surveying and estimation
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify project requirements
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take offs, and pricing analyses
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
- Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments
- Ensure timely submission of high quality and competitive bids
- Liaise with internal departments to support tender preparation and project handover
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- MMUP Grade A certification (mandatory)
- QCDD certification (mandatory)
- 10 15 years of experience in MEP contracting as Estimation Engineer or Senior Estimation Engineer
- Proven experience handling tenders for large scale projects (hospitality, airports, high rise towers, industrial facilities)
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Candy

Job Overview
- Looking for an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer – Mechanical with extensive experience in MEP contracting and be capable of independently managing the complete tendering and estimation process for large scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate mechanical cost estimates and tender submissions for MEP projects.
- Independently manage the complete bidding and tendering cycle, including quantity surveying and estimation.

Requirements

- Proven experience handling tenders for large scale projects such as hospitality developments, airport projects, high rise towers, industrial facilities.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical estimation, quantity surveying, and tendering procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Candy.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
