Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the smooth operation of enterprise IT systems while delivering excellent end user support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
  • Support Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and enterprise applications.
  • Manage user accounts, system configurations, and technical documentation.
  • Escalate complex issues when required and follow ITIL service management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (Mandatory).
  • Minimum 5 years of IT support experience.
  • Valid ITIL Certification (Mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
