Estimation & Tendering Head

to lead the tendering and pre-construction function for major building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the estimation and tendering department for building construction projects.
- Manage complete tendering activities, including quantity take-off, pricing, bid evaluation, and final submission.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Develop competitive project costing and tender strategies.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and commercial teams during bid preparation.
- Evaluate project risks, value engineering opportunities, and profitability.
- Lead client negotiations, tender clarifications, and post-tender discussions.
- Build and manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Mentor and lead the estimation team while improving estimation processes and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience with the contracting companies.
- **Strong experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, school, hospital, mixed-use, or hospitality building projects.**
- Proven track record in handling large-scale tenders and pre-construction activities.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and commercial management.
- Must have GCC experience, UAE experience preferred
