Responsibilities
- Lead AV shop drawing preparation and submissions
- Review tender documents, specifications, and RFQs
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Develop detailed AV system schematics and technical designs
- Provide technical support and coordination with project teams
- Prepare design progress reports and drawing logs
- Review technical proposals and delegated design reviews
- Mentor design engineers and draughtsmen
- Deliver technical training to internal teams
- Ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Management System
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline
- 5–7+ years of AV system design experience with a system integrator or AV consultancy
- Strong knowledge of professional AV systems, signal flow, and system integration
- Hands on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Visio, and design documentation
- Experience with DSP and control systems such as Crestron, QSC, Biamp, Extron, or AMX
- AVIXA CTS D certification is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines

Job Overview
