- Handle sales invoicing and vendor invoicing
- Manage accounts receivable and collections
- Manage accounts payable and payment processing
- Perform bank reconciliation and banking operations
- Ensure tax compliance (VAT/GST/Indirect Tax)
- Prepare financial reports and perform month end closing
- Use ERP / accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.)
Requirements
- 5+ years of Accounting experience
- Sales Invoicing & Vendor Invoicing
- Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collections
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Payment Processing
- Bank Reconciliation & Banking Operations
- Tax Compliance (VAT/GST/Indirect Tax)
- Financial Reporting & Month End Closing
- ERP / Accounting Software Experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Qualified CA (preferred)
- Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Maritime, or Supply Chain industry experience (preferred)
