- Lead end to end Test Strategy, Governance, Execution & Release Management
- Drive QE Transformation, Automation, AI led Testing & Continuous Testing initiatives
- Manage enterprise banking releases, regulatory programs, BAU & strategic transformation projects
- Define quality KPIs, risk management frameworks & release readiness governance
- Manage large distributed QE teams, vendors & multi stream delivery programs
- Partner with Business, Technology & Executive stakeholders to ensure high quality releases
Requirements
- 20+ years in Testing / Quality Engineering
- 15+ years in Test Management leadership roles
- Strong Banking domain expertise across Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Treasury & Trade Finance, Retail & Corporate Banking
- Experience with KSA/GCC banking programs is mandatory
- Strong exposure to Agile, DevOps, Automation, API & Performance Testing
- Experience managing large QE teams
- Strong proficiency in Arabic and English

- Experience managing large QE teams
- Strong proficiency in Arabic and English
