Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities from government and private sector portals
- Review tender documents, specifications, and requirements
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within deadlines
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, finance, and technical teams to gather required information and supporting documents
- Ensure all bid submissions comply with client requirements and company standards
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals, quotations, and related documentation
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid results, and contract documents
- Follow up on submitted tenders and communicate with clients regarding clarifications and updates
- Manage vendor registrations, pre qualification documents, and portal updates
- Monitor tender performance and prepare reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or contract administration
- Strong knowledge of government and private sector tender processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Fluency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory

Job Summary

- We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Tender Specialist to manage the preparation, submission, and follow up of tenders and bids.
- The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of tendering procedures, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions. Arabic and English reading, writing, and speaking skills are mandatory.
