- Manage day to day operations of the company's e commerce platform(s) and online marketplaces
- Create, update, and maintain product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions
- Process online orders, returns, and customer inquiries while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
- Assist in planning and executing online promotions and marketing campaigns
- Track sales performance, website traffic, and key performance metrics, and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth e commerce operations
- Resolve operational issues and maintain accurate product information across all platforms
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E Commerce, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in e commerce operations or online sales
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Experience working with e commerce platforms, marketplaces, or content management systems (CMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online merchandising is an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
