Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipments, deliveries, and order tracking across GCC countries
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost effective delivery
- Manage order processing, invoicing, and documentation through ERP systems
- Handle after sales support including customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Coordinate with technical/service teams to ensure timely resolution of after sales issues
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and service activities
- Prepare reports on logistics performance and after sales activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regional logistics regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or after sales coordination (GCC experience preferred)
- Hands on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment

Job Summary
