About the Role
Bin Shabib Group is seeking a Sales Executive for its Euro Bake division to drive B2B sales of bakery and food products in the GCC. The role involves developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retail, wholesale, HORECA sectors, and export orders throughout GCC
- Promote and sell the company’s bakery and food products to existing and potential customers
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow ups in ERP systems
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG, or B2B sales
- Strong knowledge of food products, bakery ingredients, or pre mix items is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with a target driven attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and travel as required
