Job Summary

  • We are seeking a professional, presentable, and organized Temporary Receptionist to manage our front desk for the month of July.
  • You will serve as the first point of contact for our visitors and handle essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and direct them appropriately.
  • Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information.
  • Mail & Couriers: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Office Coordination: Maintain a clean and organized reception area and monitor front desk supplies.
  • Basic Admin Support: Assist with scanning, filing, and data entry tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Visa Status: Must be on a Dependent Visa (Spouse/Father/Mother sponsorship).
  • Availability: Must be able to commit to the full duration (July 1 to July 30).
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, polite phone etiquette, and basic MS Office knowledge.
  • Location: Preference given to candidates residing near Jebel Ali or with reliable transportation to JAFZA.

Salary

  • AED 3,200 – AED 3,500 inclusive per month

Contract Period

  • July 1, 2026 – July 30, 2026
