- Source and communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure timely procurement of materials
- Coordinate internal procurement requirements with various departments
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders
- Maintain accurate procurement records using ERP software
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications for procurement documentation and reporting
- Provide regular updates to the team regarding procurement activities
- Prepare and submit monthly procurement reports including purchase activities and supplier performance
- Ensure procurement activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
- 1–3 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in the UAE
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supplier coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience using ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement tasks
