- Act as the official company signatory for UAE maritime transactions and commercial shipping operations.
- Execute and sign charter party agreements, legal contracts, deeds, and related shipping documentation.
- Manage the document lifecycle to guarantee timely execution and completion of all legal agreements.
- Apply the official company chop/seal to validate legal and official documents.
- Visit government departments, banks, auditors, and company secretaries to submit and collect official documents.
- Perform daily administrative tasks, organize corporate files, and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Execute special projects and miscellaneous assignments assigned by management.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of Danaos, the company’s maritime accounting software.
- Compile, organize, and prepare financial and operational documents for annual or periodic audits.
- Serve as a point of contact for auditors to resolve queries by providing accurate data and supporting files.

Position Summary
- Acts as the legally authorized representative for the group's maritime and commercial shipping operations in the UAE. This role manages high level document execution, provides vital administrative and external liaison support, and assists with maritime accounting and audit requirements.
