- Provide a range of teller services in a timely and accurate manner to meet customer needs
- Process all transactions in accordance with Bank policy, procedure and control standards
- Ensure to meet the deadline for all time critical transactions (e.g., clearing, TT)
- Respond courteously and effectively to customer problems, escalating beyond role limits to supervisors
- Create and exploit opportunities to promote and sell a portfolio of products and services to achieve assigned sales objectives

Responsibilities
- Provide a range of teller services in a timely and accurate manner to meet customer needs and contribute positively to the image of the bank.
- Process all transactions in accordance with Bank policy, procedure and control standards.
- Ensure to meet the deadline for all the time critical transactions (ie, clearing, TT etc).
- Respond courteously and effectively to customers problems, escalating those beyond the role limits to the supervisors.
- Create and exploit opportunities to promote and sell a portfolio of products and services that meets the needs of existing and prospective customers to achieve the assigned sales objectives / standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant secondary Education.
- 2 years’ experience in banking /related industry.
- Cash handling experience.
- Service Oriented.
- UAE National with Family Book.
