Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance monitoring reviews of Wealth Management products, services, and investment activities
- Review and assess new products, proposals, agreements, and business initiatives, providing compliance approvals and advisory support
- Monitor regulatory updates (UAE Central Bank, SCA, etc.), assess their impact, and ensure proper implementation
- Prepare and maintain accurate compliance reports, MI, and regulatory submissions, escalating key findings to senior management
- Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal investigations, ensuring proper documentation and remediation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline
- 3 5 years of experience in Compliance, Wealth Management, or Retail Banking within a regulated financial institution
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks (UAE Central Bank, SCA) and investment compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills with high attention to details
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Organization Unit Purpose
- The Wealth Management Compliance Unit is responsible for ensuring that all Wealth Management activities, products, and services operate in full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and international best practices.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance monitoring reviews of Wealth Management products, services, and investment activities to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Review and assess new products, proposals, agreements, and business initiatives, providing timely compliance approvals and advisory support.
- Monitor regulatory updates (UAE Central Bank, SCA, etc.), assess their impact, and ensure proper implementation within the Wealth Management business.
- Prepare and maintain accurate compliance reports, MI, and regulatory submissions, escalating key findings and issues to senior management.
- Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal investigations, ensuring proper documentation, follow up, and remediation of identified gaps.
Main Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
- 3 5 years of experience in Compliance, Wealth Management, or Retail Banking within a regulated financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks (UAE Central Bank, SCA) and investment compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills with high attention to details.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact confidently at all levels of management.
