About the Role
Emirates Islamic is seeking a Business Support Analyst (UAE Nationals only) to handle queries related to the PSB segment, provide timely responses to Compliance and Governance, and support implementation of policies.

Responsibilities
- Handle queries related to PSB segment and provide timely response to Compliance, Governance and EI legal
- Gather all information and share consolidated response with COMPLIANCE & GOVERNANCE
- Provide required Payment documentation and answers to questions from the customer within given TAT
- Retrieve all information as requested by authorities and share consolidated response within given timelines
- Ensure adherence to COMP policies, practices and processes
- Identify gaps and provide solutions to resolve issues
- Review and escalate issues of non compliance
- Collect modernized customer’s information/documents and share with HRAR and COMP team
- Update current customer’s data to know the exact profile
- Support implementation of COMP/Governance policies, practices and processes
- Prepare and issue Customer’s Exit letters under Compliance Concerns
- Ensure accounts are closed after given notice period
Requirements
- High School / Diploma Degree in relevant field
- Ability to plan and prioritize projects and schedules to meet deadlines and objectives
- Attention to detail, data analytical skills with ability to problem solving
- UAE National with Family Book

Job Description
- To comply with country regulations, we are looking for UAE talent to fill this role.
- Responsible to handle queries related to PSB segment and provide timely response to Compliance, Governance and EI legal.
Job Responsibility
- Gathering all the information and sharing the consolidated response with COMPLIANCE & GOVERNANCE
- Provide the required Payment documentation and answers to the questions from the customer within given TAT
- Retrieve all the information as requested by authorities and share the consolidated response with in given timelines

Job Skills & Qualifications
