About the Role

- Open accounts sourced by ROs or walk in customers and coordinate with departments for approvals
- Ensure correctness and completion of documents and data captured for each application
- Complete account opening activity as per set SLA to maintain TAT commitment
- Provide day to day account servicing to SME customers including SMS banking, online banking, authorized caller, change of signature, etc.
- Implement customer or process related projects driven by central team at branch level
- Identify potential leads for cross selling and up selling during customer interactions

Job Description
- The objective is to have well trained dedicated resources in select branches at key Business Banking target markets across UAE to handle walk in customer requirements.
- This helps in better servicing SME customers and acquiring new to bank SME customers from branch walk ins.
- Resources can help drive customer and process related projects and capture market feedback.
Key Responsibilities
