Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction related documentation, contractor payments, or site coordination
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Detail oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks within defined timelines
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders

Organization Unit Purpose
- The Engineering Unit plays a key technical role within the bank by evaluating properties financed by the bank and overseeing the management and supervision of bank financed and Escrow Account properties.
- The unit ensures that all valuations, progress payments, and documentation are completed accurately and in line with regulatory and internal standards.
- By supporting Home Finance, Corporate Deals, and Escrow Account Management, the unit contributes significantly to operational efficiency and revenue through timely payment certifications, property assessments, and compliance driven processes.
