Role overview
The role generates sales through outbound and inbound phone calls.
The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, customer-focused, and able to identify needs, overcome objections, and close phone-based sales.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert interested prospects into customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Present product or service benefits clearly and confidently.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to increase sales opportunities and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, and call activity.
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay informed about products, services, promotions, and sales processes, and continuously improve sales techniques and customer engagement.
