The employer is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to evaluate processes, products, and services against quality standards and business requirements.
The role requires analytical and problem-solving ability, attention to detail, issue identification, root cause analysis, and improvement recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze processes, products, and services to identify quality issues and improvement opportunities.
- Develop quality plans, procedures, checklists, and documentation.
- Conduct reviews, inspections, audits, and testing activities.
- Monitor performance against quality standards and requirements.
- Investigate defects, errors, and quality issues and track corrective actions.
- Analyze quality metrics and operational data to identify trends and risks.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and other teams.
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement principles.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and root cause analysis abilities.
- Experience creating and maintaining quality documentation.
- Understanding of process evaluation and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with quality management, reporting, or workflow tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, process improvement, auditing, operations, or a similar role.
- Experience with quality reviews, audits, inspections, testing, quality metrics, and operational data.
- Experience documenting quality issues and corrective actions.
- Strong computer and digital skills, including spreadsheets, reporting tools, or quality management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a suitable work setup.
- English proficiency is required when working with English-speaking teams, clients, or documentation.
