Role overview
Generate revenue by engaging prospective and existing customers through outbound calls.
Convert leads into acquisitions while building strong customer relationships.
Core responsibilities
- Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to promote and sell products or services.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
- Manage inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain a client pipeline.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Record customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the purchase team on lead conversion strategies.
- Provide tailored solutions, handle complaints, and support customers after sales.
- Maintain product knowledge and participate in training and coaching.
Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in telesales, call center, or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals in a high-pressure telesales environment.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer engagement, and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, teamwork, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and demonstrate resilience and adaptability.
