Role Overview
The Call Center Agent handles high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while working closely with the field sales team.
Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from multiple channels.
- Meet customer service-level agreements to support customer satisfaction.
- Make outbound calls to target potential customers and meet conversion quotas and KPIs.
- Manage calendar appointments for the field sales team.
- Manage complaints, escalate issues to relevant stakeholders, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Handle customer enquiries and emails.
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education.
- Arabic speaker.
- At least 12 months of call centre or telesales experience.
- Experience with continuous multitasking across calls, emails, and client WhatsApp messages.
- Customer service and training techniques knowledge with the ability to learn quickly.
