Telemarketing Executive

Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Sales tasks.

Places outbound calls which are basic and routine.

Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.

May answer inquiries and resolve problems.

Requires a developing knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.

Understands simple instructions and procedures.

Performs Telemarketing duties under direct instruction and close supervision.

Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions.

This role typically reports to our international markets.

This role is eligible for sales incentive compensation (IC).

Reporting to the Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for handling incoming queries from web-based customers to meet their needs, with the goal of closing the sale.

You will also be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls to leads generated via the website and work to problem solve and ensure an accurate, efficient and smooth sales process.
