Position Overview
- Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Telemarketer to join the Gaming Marketing Services Team.
- The role involves promoting gaming programs, special events, and VIP benefits to existing and potential guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote gaming programs and incentives.
- Promote special events, tournaments, and promotions.
- Promote VIP and loyalty program benefits.
- Maintain and grow a database of qualified gaming customers through consistent follow up.
- Achieve individual and team targets related to call volume, conversions, and revenue.
- Provide guests with accurate information about gaming offerings, resort amenities, and promotions.
- Record all guest interactions in CRM systems with detailed notes and updates.
- Identify high value players and escalate opportunities to Gaming Hosts or VIP Services.
- Handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve concerns or escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Gaming Operations, and VIP teams to align campaigns.
