Responsibilities
- Plan and execute internal engagement events from small scale activations to large scale celebrations
- Communicate company initiatives, policies, compliance campaigns, and milestones through innovative formats
- Approve and manage budgets for engagement campaigns in collaboration with the Executive Director of People & Culture
- Lead quarterly management meetings, celebration events, and spontaneous appreciation initiatives
- Oversee creation and distribution of internal communications across various media
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal communications and engagement calendar
- Manage departmental HR matters including employee recognition, redirection, and discipline
- Assign, monitor, and review all departmental events, campaigns, and projects to ensure timely and budget conscious execution
- Conduct regular team meetings to align Events and Communications teams
- Represent the department in property wide initiatives and cross functional projects
- Partner with HR leadership to anticipate and support communication needs
- Develop, track, and reconcile the department's annual budget

- Collaborate with department heads to assess project needs, propose solutions, and ensure execution aligns with Wynn standards
