Responsibilities
- Support operation, maintenance, and integration of telecommunication systems within AMI solutions
- Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize telecommunication equipment and communication infrastructure
- Investigate telecom failures, connectivity issues, and tampering incidents, and prepare technical reports with root cause analysis
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Provide advanced technical support during installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and repair
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, risk management policies, information security, and HSE regulations
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to junior engineers and technicians
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Experience in operation, maintenance, and integration of telecommunication systems
- Knowledge of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) solutions
- Ability to investigate telecom failures and prepare technical reports
- Experience in providing technical support for installation, commissioning, and maintenance
- Knowledge of ISO standards, risk management, information security, and HSE regulations
- Ability to provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff

Responsibilities
- Support the operation, maintenance, and integration of telecommunication systems utilized within AMI solutions.
- Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize telecommunication equipment and communication infrastructure for meter data transmission.
- Investigate telecom failures, connectivity issues, communication outages, and suspected tampering incidents, and prepare comprehensive technical reports including root cause analysis.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports covering resource deployment, work status, completed activities, pending issues, and overall project performance.
- Provide advanced technical support during installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication and AMI communication systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, corporate risk management policies, information security requirements, and HSE regulations.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to junior engineers, technicians, and field personnel.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
