About the Role

- Lead, coach, and motivate the telesales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to maximize revenue and customer acquisition
- Monitor daily sales activities, call quality, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs to improve team performance
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and productivity
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and sales campaigns
- Recruit, onboard, and develop telesales representatives
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and management updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leader role
- Proven experience managing and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
