Job Purpose

  • The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing strategy.
  • Define marketing objectives aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Establish departmental KPIs and performance targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Marketing.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading a marketing team.
