- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO
- Oversee content creation for all marketing channels, including social media, website, and promotional materials
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports with actionable insights
- Manage the company's social media presence and online reputation
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors to deliver high quality marketing campaigns
- Organize promotional events, partnerships, and customer engagement activities

- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to support lead generation and business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Marketing
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading a marketing team
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Job Purpose
- The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing strategy.
- Define marketing objectives aligned with the company's business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
