About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer experience
- Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in digital marketing, branding, and CRM systems
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- English (Required)
