Position Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and results driven Tele Sales Agent to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales over the phone while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outbound calls, follow ups and referrals.
- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Key skills include excellent bilingual verbal/written communication and active listening abilities.
- Proven sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Candidates should be self driven, resilient in handling rejection, and adaptable to changing scenarios.
- Performance will be measured by sales closed, revenue generated, customer feedback, retention rates, call volume, and conversion rates.
- Shifts flexibility and a willingness to join events, booths, or field activities are highly desired.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Preferably previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Excellent English language.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
