- Analyze the performance KPIs throughout the year and react accordingly to achieve the year end target
- Engage with the distributor sales team/ Key accounts to develop new business opportunities
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience in FMCG Industry
- Commercially strong with good analytical skills
- Proficient in English language
- Hands on experience of sales functions preferably Foodservices Environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Driving License is a must
- Car is a must

Position Summary
- The Assistant Manager, Sales is to drive sales with the Food & Beverage Services customers driven by laser sharp focus behind out of home channels (Hotels, Restaurant, Petrol Stations, Catering, Airlines and Workplace). This will be achieved by ensuring new customer acquisition augmented by strength
A Day in the Life
- Constantly reviews the Foodservice industry to identify key areas of growth and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and develop relations with key clients and decision makers within the Foodservices industry.
- Responsible for organizing your own schedule, completing deadlines and making effective use of internal information and databases.
